Here at PEDERSEN Finance Company, we take precautions to protect our company data and maintain strict confidentiality of our clients information and the loans transactions records, when you submitted documents to our credit staff when applying for a loan or joint venture equity financing and you can be certain that your information must be protected in our offices both on-line and off-line. If you feel that we are not abiding by this policy, principles, rules and guidelines, you should contact us immediately.

We only use your information to help you get the service you have requested. We will not share your information with any other clients or third party outside of our financial institution, other than as necessary to process your loan. Unless you ask us not to, we may use your information to contact you to tell you about your loan status or to send you promotional information about our financial services and products and changes if any.

Owing to the safety and security concerns and implications relating to The Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018. The PEDERSEN Finance Company strictly prohibits espionage, sharing of, breach of, unlawful publicizing of, misuse of, distribution of, lease of, and/or disclosure of our company data, lending partners information and an unauthorized access to lending materials, and we rejects misuse of employees information for the safety and security purpose.

We are committed to complying with financial institutions obligation under The Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018. In doing so, we reserves the rights to investigate complain or report violation if any and to take any possible action that we consider to be rights and necessary. Despite our efforts, if we learn of any unlawful disclosure of inside information, unauthorized use of confidential information, security breach, personal data infringement, trademark infringement, copyrights and patents violations and many more. We will take appropriate corrective measures.

The PEDERSEN Finance Company, and its employees, lending partners, shareholders, esteemed investors as well as clients have an obligation to regard individual differences and respect business patterns of each other in addition to take appropriate precautions to protect the confidentiality of the information each holds in respect to the other activity.

The PEDERSEN Finance Company shall be entitled at its sole discretion to engage with, avail of service of any third party service providers. Such as, credit bureaus, financial documents verification services agencies, recovery agents, analysts, auditors, channel partners, financial consultants, banks and non-bank financial institutions as may be hired or appointed by the company at its sole discretion at the cost of the company, for anything required to be done for/in relation to/pursuant to the loan, like due diligence, collect credit account information about applicants borrowing and repayment history, borrowers origination, loan disbursement, collections, recovery, confirmation of use/end use of the loan, and any necessary or incidental acts/deeds/matters and things connected thereto, as the company may deem fit. Of which, the company information such as certificates, lending license, registration number or bank account details and so on, or the third party information as may be requested by clients should be provide to the clients only on the day of the clients loan disbursement together with proof of loan disbursement, bank transaction receipt and many more.

The Company, and its employees, lending partners, esteemed investors together with clients have an obligation to fully comply with Data Protection Policy, and shall follow applicable rights and obligations to ensures hassle-free financial service and further accept that any violation shall constitute and event of breach of the policy, principles, rules and guidelines or negligence or non-compliance with data protection laws that the company shall be at liberty to cancel the loan transaction, recall the loan amount if it's already disbursed or enforce the rights and remedies available to it in good faith.
