If any client is not satisfied with our financial service provided to the client or third-party services recommended by the company and its employees, we will offer full refund of the fee back to the client if the mistake was the company fault. The payment refund, where eligible, are typically issued via the same mode of payment that was used to make the payment.
So the payment refund will go to your bank account for bank transfer or an online payment. There can be instances where we are unable to do this due to technical glitch or network issues. In such a situation, the client will get instant cash payment, western union or money gram payment or whatever payment method you prefer and we shall endeavour to do so within 24-Hour Time after receipt of the request, failure which the aggrieved client is entitled to challenge the decision or the action legally in court.
We will update the policies regularly as per the regulations of our Payment Gateway Partner, Banking Partner, and the Governing Body.
