We are by this statement informing all concerned, including clients, lending partners, shareholders, esteemed investors and public at large that in accordance with our financial services policy, principles, rules and guidelines and relevant sections of consumer act to provide for protection of the interest of consumers in line with standards of lending practice that unauthorized withdrawal and the premature deduction of any type of loans is not permissible, it is a serious violation and obstruction of due process.

In consequence, there will be a corrective measures to prevent such irresponsible request from any client to avoid future recurrence and there will be substantial penalty for repeated breach of the policy, principles, rules and guidelines; we follow professional competence and due care to serve our clients better.

It is our firm position that eligible clients will be able to withdrawals and utilizes their loan after the loan amount is disbursed into the clients bank account. We aims at protecting the loan funds from corrupt minded staff whose had become accustomed to the unauthorized withdrawal and deduction malpractice by cutting client(s) loan for their selfish interest. Besides, we are concern to secure the loan against deduction of non-existent charges by unscrupulous entity, which on the other hand could have an adverse impact on our financial service and reputation.

In a step to keep away from misconduct, ill practice and put a stop to financial loss that the loan should not be deduct prematurely under any circumstances, the loan have to be disburse after the clients full and complete satisfaction of statutory requirements, terms and conditions set forth in the loan agreement and promissory note.
