Notice of Default

Notice is hereby given to all our clients, lending partners, shareholders, esteemed investors and to the general public at large that substantial amount of loans has been disbursed into the respective banks accounts of the under mentioned persons/entity. Thus one of the borrower (name withheld) have defaulted in the repayment of principal portion of the loan, while the other borrower (name withheld) have defaulted in the both interest and principal portion of the loan disbursed into the borrowers account, who is currently at large.

Thereupon, several notice were served to them on their last known address and email as provided by them at the time of availing the loans, including one on one negotiations but all efforts to get them to repay the loan(s) facility proved abortive. The loans and its accrued interest have been categorized as non-performing loan (NPL) in the book of our financial records and the borrowers are therefore having been declared as willful defaulters.

In consequence, the passport photos of the defaulted borrowers are given below as follows:-

By this notice, we hereby inform all concerned, including lending partners, shareholders, esteemed investors, banks, non-bank financial institutions and to the general public at large not to deal with this persons/entity by loan in any manner whatsoever and not to grant any financial service and products to them. If anyone deal with any of them that the same will not be binding to us and such persons/entity are doing so at his/her own risk and peril.
