DATA PROTECTION, NON-DISCLOSURE POLICY AND DISCLOSURE POLICY:

At PEDERSEN Finance Company , We take precautions to protect our Company Data, partner's and our Client(s)/Borrower(s) information etc. When you submit application, documents etc. to us, and your information is protected both on-line and off-line. If you feel that we are not abiding by this Data Protection, Non-Disclosure and Disclosure Policy, you should contact us immediately. We only use your information to process your request/application/loan et cetera. We will not share your information with any other Client(s), institution or third party outside of our Company, other than as necessary to process your request/application/loan etc. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you in the future to tell you about new financial products, offers, schemes or changes if any to this Data Protection, Non-Disclosure and Disclosure Policy.

On the basis of Security Concerns as well as implications relating to laws on Data Protection Act, Confidentiality, Privacy Protection Policy that PEDERSEN Finance Company strictly prohibits the unlawful disclosure of, distribution of, sales, lease/let and unauthorized access to other person/entity information/records. These includes unnecessary sharing of Company's data, Client(s)/Borrower(s) information, unlawful exposure of employees details, representative, agent or partner's sensitive details, materials and we rejects misuse of Client(s) information for safety reasons. Under applicable Data Protection law and Consumer Protection law and must be comply with/to at all time.

Under the Rules, PEDERSEN Finance Company is committed to looking after Client(s)/Borrower(s) information, and strictly complying with Financial Institution's obligations under The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). And reserves the rights and privilege etc. to investigate complain, solve issues or report violation if any and to take any possible action we consider to be rights and reasonable. Despite our efforts, if we learn of any security breach, data infringement, trademark conflicts, copyrights and patents violations etc. we'll notify you so that you can take appropriate protective steps.

Parties have an obligations to respect individual differences and regard business/service patterns of each other and take appropriate precautions to protect the confidentiality of the information each holds in respect to the other activity.

DISCLOSURE POLICY :

The PEDERSEN Finance Company shall be entitle at its discretion to engage/avail of, services of any person/bank/third party service provider/agent/agency, analysts, auditor(s) or consultant(s) as may be appointed by the Company at its sole discretion at the cost of the Company, for anything required to be done for/in relation to/pursuant to the Loan/financial services, including due diligence/assessment, disbursement, collections, recovery, intimation of new loan facilities, offers, getting or updating of any information of Client(s)/Borrower(s), confirmation of the use/end use of the Loan, and any necessary or incidental lawful acts/deeds/matters and things connected thereto, as the Company may deem fit. Of which the Company's Data/Certificates, Lending License or Registration Number etc. and/or the appointed person/entity, (Bank, Representative, Affilliate, Financial Consultant, Channel Partner or Direct Selling Agent/Associate etc). contact information/data/particulars etc. as may be intentional or unintentionally requested by our Client(s)/Borrower(s) etc. will be given to such Client(s)/Borrower(s) only on the day of his/her Loan disbursement together with transferred details etc.

All interested Client(s)/Borrower(s) undertake and confirm that s/he shall ensure and shall observe all the policies, terms, restrictions and prohibitions as set forth in this Data Protection, Non-Disclosure and Disclosure Policy and further accept that any violation of the same shall constitute and event of breach of guidelines and/or negligence under the Loan facility, services terms etc. that the Company shall be at liberty to terminate the financial services, recall the Loan if already disbursed and/or enforce the rights and remedies available to it. Though, if we learn of any security breach or violation etc. we'll notify you so that you can take appropriate protective steps.

These Data Protection, Non-Disclosure and Disclosure Policy and other guidelines etc. have been notify and explained to all parties involves. This includes Client(s)/Borrower(s), employees, representative - affiliate partners et cetera in the English language known to the Company/Lender and Client(s) etc. and all the parties has read and understand the same. Your maximum cooperation to the above will advance us further to serve you better and in order to make the service/Loan transaction a successful one.
