Interest Rate on the Loan will be the rate as applicable at the time of signing the Loan Agreement. Interest rate is subject to change from time to time at the discretion of PEDERSEN Finance Company which is reviewed and regulates by the Bank/Central Bank . It is Further dependent on risk profile of customer the type of loan, amounts of the loan, stability in earning and employment, past repayment track record with us or other lenders, external rating of customers, creditworthiness, customer relationship, future business opportunities and type of Financial Guarantee/Security of Credit that will be offered etc. All loans are from PEDERSEN Finance Company . The Terms and Conditions of Loans will vary depending upon the Lender, Bank and upon State law or Country law. It can depend upon the types of Loan, by length of time, by Borrower credit history, by when repayment are due. It further dependent on risk profile of customer, professional qualification, stability in earning and business/employment location, past repayment track record with us or other Lenders/Banks, external ratings of customers, creditworthiness, loan eligibility criteria, business/project viability, customer immediate compliance with the loan terms, future business opportunities and by number of other variables.

PEDERSEN Finance Company is in abundant financial position to provides any possible amount of money as a Loan anytime anywhere. *The final Loan amount applicable will be subject to eligibility, intended use of the Loan, borrower's repaying ability, borrower's income/turnover/revenue or per PEDERSEN Finance Company credit processing criteria etc.

The Loan contract Tenure / Loan Repayment Period is ranged from Minimum 12 Months-to-Maximum 30 Years.

The lenght of time it takes to process a Loan will differs from Financial Comapny to Financial Company and will vary from Loan to Loan . At PEDERSEN Finance Company , the time will commence counting from the time/date in which the applicant's has submitted Loan Application form and full Supporting Documents. The same lenght of time will be maintain irrespective of the applicant's credit history, location , status or the types of Loan S/He applied for.

Loan is available to customers/applicants from aged 21 to aged 85 and there is no maximum age. Age is no barrier when it comes to our Loans. We are willing to provide Loans to Senior citizens and Pensioners over the ages of 85-95 As an older borrower there will be limitations on the Loan term available.

You have a 21-day cooling-off period from either the date the loan agreement is signed or when you receive a copy of the loan agreement, whichever is later. in case if your loan is approved but you're not in a good position to fulfill the terms and Conditions of the loan Agreement. In such a situation, you should at least send a request letter for Extension of Deadline duly sign by you and state your reasons, grievance (if any). So that base on the letter, the concerning department will offer to you sufficient day/week/month that will enable you to fulfill the term and conditions of the loan Agreement in good faith and the loan amount will be disburse into your account, smoothly.

The PEDERSEN Finance Company reserves the right, at anytime, with prior notice to customers to alter/modify/amend/negotiate or varies any of the terms and conditions or to replace them, wholly or in part, when and where law/rules permit us to do so. The loan team is oblige to ensures that Borrowers is fully conversant with the loan's terms and conditions in addition to any and all such specific terms and Conditions as may be applicable to the loans, shall be explained to the Borrowers. The Borrowers should understand, accepts and completely comply with the loan's terms and conditons in order to make the loan transaction a successful one.
